(ii) our affiliates, business partners, and counterparts (if any);
(iii) to respond to summons, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; or
(iv) to persons to whom we are required to make disclosure under applicable laws and regulations.
3.2 Provided that we may share your Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Data without obtaining your prior consent with: (i) government authorities mandated under the applicable laws to obtain Personal Information including Sensitive Personal Data or information for the purpose of verification of identity, or for prevention, detection, investigation including cyber incidents, prosecution and punishment of offences and (ii) any Third Party by an order under the applicable laws for the time being in force.

You understand that the Personal Information, to the extent consisting of details relating to the manner and mode of payment for the use of our Application(s) (such as details of your bank account, credit card, debit card, net banking, etc.), submitted by you while making payment: (a) goes through the safe and secure transaction process provided by our payment gateway partners; (b) goes through the Visa or MasterCard pages, as the case may be, based on your payment method/(s) in order to prevent any misuse of your payment details; and (c) We do not have access to this data.

You also understand and agree that when you use the Website, there may be certain links which may direct you to another website (hereinafter referred to as the “Third Party Website”). The manner in which your information is collected and/or used by such Third Party website is governed by the terms of use and privacy policy of the respective Third Party Website. 9. Data Retention
9.1 We may retain Information for as long as it is necessary. It may be archived as long as we believe that the purpose for which it was used still exists or as necessary for our legitimate business interests or for complying with legal obligations. We will retain your Personal Information until the purpose for which that Personal Information was collected is no longer being served by the retention of the Personal Information, and the Personal Information does not need to be retained any longer for any legal or business purpose.

Any Personal Information collected or accessed by us shall be limited to that which is strictly necessary to perform our obligations in relation to the Application(s) or to fulfil any legal requirements. We shall use such Personal Information only as necessary in this regard and not for any other purpose. We shall maintain such Information in strict confidence in accordance with the provisions of this Clause 11. We shall not share any Personal Information that is collected or possessed by us with any Third Party for any reason except as expressly stated in the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.
11.2 You agree that other than as stated in this Privacy Policy, we shall have the right to collect and/or use or analyse the Personal Information on an anonymised basis and in no way shall the Personal Information be used in a way that can lead to or reveals your identity.
12. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1 Any complaint or dispute can be raised in writing to our team at admin@nogrey.legal.
12.2 This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of Goa shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the Parties.
13. Grievance Officer
In the event you have any grievances or questions about the Privacy Policy, its contents or anything related thereto or if you wish to make a complaint regarding any violation of the provisions of the Privacy Policy and the way your Information is processed, you may contact us at the details as set out below, pursuant to which your grievance shall be redressed within 1 (one) month from the date of receipt of the grievance/complaint.

14. Assignability
We may assign any of our responsibilities/obligations to any other person or Third Party without notice to you, at our sole discretion. However, you shall not assign, sub-licence or otherwise transfer any of your rights or obligations under this Privacy Policy to any other party, unless a written consent is taken from us.
15. Severability
If any term or provision of this Privacy Policy is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remainder of the terms and provisions of this Privacy Policy shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired or invalidated.

Any notice given by either Party to the other must be in writing, by email, or by electronic communication via the Site and will be deemed to have been given on transmission, unless the recipient can satisfactorily establish that the email or electronic communication was not received by the recipient’s email or web server. Notices to No Grey must be sent by email to admin@nogrey.legal or to any other email address notified by email to you by No Grey, or by electronic communication via the Website from time to time for such purpose.
17. Third Parties
No Third Party shall have any right, benefit or entitlement to enforce any terms of this Privacy Policy.
